A small loft-apartment complex with balconies attached and a small front garden.

It's having one furnished bathroom on the first floor, a open kitchen area and upstairs is another big room from where you can access the balcony.
Besides the kitchen area and the bathroom, the house will be empty. No CC is used in this build.

(Edited, the second apartment has now a ceiling.)
