thats right! a totally normal, not at all suspicious revamp of the Coorinberg Cottage! well... sort of a revamp, bit of a total makeover. instead of a regular home improvement project, this time i wanted to make a science lab! deciding not to go for the very obvious giant lab route, i decided to disguise this house as one. good choice i think, bc its a pretty lame house as is, but as a lab? i think its pretty good!
 
so *this can* be a residential lot, it has all the essentials, and i suppose you can use it for roleplaying and stories etc, but it also has all the items for a lab lot, you *could* place this in the area where scientist sims go for work, itd just look strange for the Coorinberg Cottage to be sitting in the middle of a desert, kind of defeats the purpose of a secret lab.

as a rundown:
it has all the lab equipment
an indoor garden
computers and furniture
there are even showers and sleeping pod areas that play smooth jazz
mostly visual gags

do whatever you wish with it, hope you have fun.

i however use one mod when i build, and thats the fantastic Clutter Anywhere mod by plasticbox , its the only CC i use, just so i can put lil clutter on shelves. if  you place this lot without the mod, its alright, youll just have some empty spaces in your shelves.
