2 Adorable twin houses in opposite direction

I built these houses with fewer expansions installed to create something simple yet interesting and uncomplicated for the sims and reserved to be shared.

These are two family houses for your neighborhood, each one has on the first floor with a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bathroom, on the second floor there is a room with a double bed, a room with a single bed and two bathrooms.
They are ideal for players who want to have simple but cozy houses.

The Bluish house has a conservative and simple appearance, although if desired it can be decorated with more objects to your liking and offers the possibility of adding a driveway.

the Greenish house has a more elegant appearance on the outside and includes a swimming pool, barbecue area, driveway and is decorated with plants.
These houses are very functional and versatile in any type of neighborhood and suburb, with a classic and simple appearance, I am sure you will love moving your family of sims to them.
