college life will be fun on the beach

This is a dormitory with a beach created especially for Brainania University Subhood which was created by Mootilda
Although the aforementioned suburb was created, this doesn't mean that it can be placed and used in another university suburb or template as long as it has a beach area.
It's a simple university dorm with three rooms, one of which has a double bed with a closet and the other two with a single bed, closet, and desk, with bathrooms for men and women it has a beach with a Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture, and it has the Possible.
Regarding the operation of this site, no failure or irregularity was found in relation to the beach, Sims' movements, possession and dormitory assignment. After creating a clean file, the performance of this site in the university neighborhood was tested. to add more objects to complement your taste and needs.
The beach lot dorm was tested in the game without custom content so I don't know what the performance might be.
Because it's a lot with a beach that is smaller than the original ones in the game, it's placement is only compatible with the neighborhood templates called Desiderata Valley and Three Lakes.
Most of the custom neighborhood templates I've shared on MTS support the placement of this lot.

The beach lot was created in the Phage Island neighborhood and tested for compatibility in the Brainania University Subhood. It's possible that these beach lots could be placed in other neighborhood templates that I have uploaded to MTS.

Where you can put Summer Dorm beach lot?

The Brainania University Subhood map shows the areas where it is possible to place the lot without any inconvenience and the terrain of the lot doesn't change when it is placed. however, keep in mind that since they are beach lots, they do modify the neighborhood terrain.
The Phage Island map also lists the areas where you can put the beach lots, however keep in mind that when dealing with irregular terrain lots this generates changes in relation to the location area. If you have or have any problems please let me know.
The beach lot can also be used with these neighborhood maps:

* Volcanic Valley
* BaysLand Map
* Charm Island Map

Those mentioned were where the beach lot was tested, possibly it can serve in other
neighborhood templates.
