It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Big hall, kitchen, dining room, tv room, small office, swimmin pool and jacuzzi

The style is a mix of raw materials: concrete, wood, black tiles and nature as decoration.


The lot fits good in a corner between 2 roads.
The only CC's are windows and the ladder.
