This cave was probably to shelter a family of bears, but now it's a troglodyte house with all modern conveniences.
If your sims want to reconnect with nature without losing their comfort, this atypical house for rent is for them !
Hope you enjoy it (my sims love it!)

I place it in Granite Falls.

Some items were stacked using the ctrl+9 keys
Some in-game objects were resized using the [ ] keys.

unzip files
copy all files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([...]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
download CC
and active codes before install the lot in the game.
