A two bedroom and two bathroom home for up to four sims featuring a semi indoor garden. Inspired by a real floorplan (1, 2), slightly expanded and modified with the addition of a glass enclosed patio with a mini swimming pool. The ground floor features an open plan living-kitchen-dining space with a long hallway leading to a bedroom and bathroom. The second floor has a spacious living and study area, with a glass enclosed hallway leading to the second bedroom and bathroom. With a greenhouse as its main feature, several flora are scattered throughout the home for an eco-friendly vibe.

Lot price: §100,186 (furnished), §61,965 (unfurnished)

Requires the ticked expansion/stuff packs and custom content mentioned to look as what is shown in screenshots. The use of granthes' OMSP is extensive on this lot, so some clutter and decor will be badly placed if not installed. None of the mentioned custom content is included. Also, for cc published pre-Pets/pre-patch 1.26, (such as this glass top bistro table) rig fixing (1, 2) is recommended.
