A lookback at my very first upload here in MTS, now in its version 2.0.

Major tweaks include an overhaul of the house's paint job in and out, rebuilding the roof and pool area, and addition of more furniture from various expansion/stuff packs. It has three bedrooms and a laundry area in the basement, an outdoor dining area, a piano, gym, and balcony at the second floor. Still CC free, for your convenience

Place the .package file in the Library folder to install (Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library).
