this is an english architecture house i built for patty, a wealth aspiration sim.
This lot was designed and built in 2009, in those days when I was in college and wanted with this wonderful game to put my personal designs into practice.
the house includes a kitchen a half bathroom, dining room, living room, half bath. On the second floor there are two rooms, one for couples and one for children or adolescents.
Personally, this has been one of my favorite houses and for this time it is wonderful to be able to share it with the Mod The Sims community.
It was built, furnished and decorated with objects from the expansions: The Sims 2 University life, Nightlife and Open For Business.
I'm sure you'll love playing with this lot as much as I do.

Tips

this lot doesn't include parking lot space but if you want to place the parking space, you can remove the lake on the left side, demolish part of the fence and garden and place it next to the pedestrian path.
