This beauty salon was created and designed to be used as a business due to its size and low purchase cost, although it can also be used as a community plot to visit.
The Sim interested in buying this business must have a budget of 16,600 simoleons, have maximum cleaning skill and have the cosmetology badge at minimum level silver to have an acceptable performance in business mode.
It has two hairdressing chairs, mirrors, waiting sofas, a half bathroom, it is decorated and set for the type of business.
The images included in this post show the operation and performance of this site in business mode, the space is ideal for Sims to have a change of look without problems.

I decided to create this lot on a corner lot to avoid the inconveniences that are generated in 1x1 size lots that have very little space.
