With an unique design based on the structure of an amphitheatre (hence the name), this building was created with a certain type of Sims in mind: those who love music.
Yes, those who are tired of neighbours complaints because they're playing the drums too late. Those who want to create a band and rehearse at home -but have no proper place of their own. Those who want to raise their kids in an enviroment full of culture learning option.


The building has 4 different concert rooms, each decorated in different styles:
Two piano concert rooms.
One classical music concert room, which includes a saloon piano and two violins.
One modern music concert room, which includes a guitar, a bass and drums.

All those concert rooms are located in the 2nd and 3rd floors, but in the balconies which communicate them you will also find some microphones in case your Sims prefer singing and also a radio for those who are more inclined to dance.
Note that right by the entrance there is an small lake where they may also fish, in case any of the members of the household prefers that hobby.



All of that is at your Sims disposal if they decide to move in... but now to the apartments!
There are 4 apartments in this building, all of them fully furnished and all of them different. (If you want your Sims to rent them with all the furniture, you may be interested in this mod here at MTS.)

In the first floor you will find the largest ones, which have two bedrooms (enough for a double bed and two twin beds, or even more if they don't like having much furniture), a bathroom and a complete kitchen.
(Although similar, the distribution of those spaces is different, and the decoration is darker in one of them.)


In the fourth floor you will find more modern studio apartments, which have only one bedroom (for a double bed or twin beds), bathroom and a lounge with kitchenette.
Perfect for single tenants or a couple.




I would also like to mention that no custom content was used in this building.
It was created on a clean AGS neighbourhood, but a copy of the building was tested in my game without any issue.
