Template designed for beachy neighborhood and decoration lines

This neighborhood template was created on your land area at sea level so it is ideal for creating neighborhoods or beach vacation destinations.
This template supports the placement of the decoration of the railway line and the monorail line, you just have to look at the map included in this post as a guide.
The path distribution is centered on the template and the use of camera mod will be optional for areas far away that you want to see in detail.

Beach lot place map



In addition to the creation of your own beach lots which are indicated with a white arrow, the guide map shows the places where you can also put beach lots that I have uploaded to MTS.
Keep in mind that it is only possible to place the beach lots that are mentioned below, the indication is approximate, so it can also be adjacent to these.
Remember that the beach lots have irregular terrain and therefore they modify the terrain of the neighborhood where they are placed and there are even changes in the beach level of these lots.
