This neighborhood map is made up of a large peninsula and other small ones separated by aquatic areas.
In approximate terms of equivalence, the land has levels close to sea level, this allows the creation and placement of beach plots.

This map has roads to place lots of different sizes and even 1 x 1 size lots.
Another characteristic to keep in mind is that it has several plateaus and these are flat, which facilitates the creation of plots with flat edges, except for what is close to slopes.

Due to the distribution of terrain and road plan, the use of a camera mod is optional in the case of creating and placing lots in areas far from the center of the template.

This template doesn't include any decorations.
