These are two small apartment blocks which were created for a corner lot due to its accessibility features for Sims.

Little Queen 2 Apartments


This lot includes two apartments with a communal terrace which has a Jacuzzi, a sofa, an armchair and a chess table for the sims' space, the rental cost is between 1170 - 1243 simoleons, the apartments do not have a closet if they do not instead they have closets.
The first floor apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a study area, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room.
The second floor apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, dining room and a corridor where you can study.

Little Queen 3 Apartments


this lot includes three apartments whose rental cost is between 1022 - 1312 simoleons per week, each apartment has its own closet, the first apartments are similar to those described in the previous lot and the apartment on the third floor is ideal for a single sim because it includes a single bed, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and a simple study area.
