This tier-2 Tiny home is designed with a child-free professional in mind and is furnished for up to two adults. Skill items included are books, laptop, easel, clay and a camera. $21,580 fully furnished.


This lot was made using Twisted mexi's T.O.O.L. mod which you do not need to download and play with the lot. It does, however, mean that some debug objects, like side tables and the fireplace, are for decoration only and can't actually be used as a surface/source of heat by your sims.
