.
Features:
This house is available in three sizes. Floor plans are identical. Next features are for all.
  • This house is planned for family of two sims with infant and their housekeeper.
  • There are two single bed bedrooms: one for lady and one for gentleman (in Victorian times sleeping separated was kind of hygienic).
  • This house contains two kitchen hence there are two one half-bathrooms served as scullery near each.
  • Water closet outside
  • Dog house outside.
  • There are bunch of rooms for guests on the first floor (with usable reading nook)
  • A bunch of private rooms on the upper floors
  • Empty attic (presumably for kids bedroom)
  • A tiny cottage next to the bridge is most likely housekeeper's all-in-one-house.
  • The most tiny 30x20 lot has oudoors area with vegetables and flowers garden, 30x30 lot has an extra space for playground on the back. And the most big 50x30 lot has all previous aminities plus trees garden and marvelous forest to the right.
  • All flowers and all bushes are accessible for trimming without any mods. House has no outdoor lighting.
  • Obviously this house shares the strict rules of my Victorian neighborhood. It has no TVs and no computers, no smoke detectors and no burglar alarms. There are basins in bedrooms and no full bathrooms. There is more information about Trio Lake Borough rules in my Creators Feedback Forum thread.

No CC was used

There are various CC mods used and shown up in screens but not mandatory to install:
I have used only object fixes for in-game items and global lighting mods. They are not included with package and not necessary for install since these are not affect the gameplay. But you may need them to reach same appearance of this lot in your game. Here is the list:
General tips to place and use the lot:
  • Install using default Sims 2 Pack Installer or S2PCI
  • Download CC of your choice and place it according to its description.
  • Houses will appear in your lot catalogue with images on dirt terrain
  • All lot sizes has one pool tile which is required for custom water shaders to work.

Known bugs, issues and tips:
  • I had an issue with toilet stalls in this lot (same as many others in my neighborhood). Sims can not flush remains after potty use in toilet stall. They go to it then they are making shrug animation and switch to another way to dispose it. This lot has a trash shrute combined with fireplace on the 2nd floor. So sims are most likely to burn all potty remains into fireplace.
  • Reading nook has a bench bay window which can be used to sit and nap by sims, but it suffers from common issue of all the bay windows. You can take everythin placed on bay window just from outside of the building. Same for breakfast nook in kitchen.
  • I remember myself using Gonmod's Radiance Lighting mod and I keep in mind the bugs could come from it. If you has any other then Cinema Secrets Lighting Mod, especially Radiance Lighting edition by Dreadpirate, then closet-type wardrobes will be dark. I usually place it with moveobjects cheat without walls but sometimes I forget.
  • If you for some reason don't want M&G Round Glass Window fix by HugeLunatic and CEP, you may need to replace toilet stall and all Round Glass Windows yourself because both will look different without those fixes.

Updates:
  • 26.07.22: The cottage furnishing causing table being blocked is rearranged. Corresponding screenshots are replaced. All archives are updated with new furniture placement.
  • 25.12.22: Edited hashtags.
