Features:
  • There are a lot of bedrooms which might be useful for different challenges (I don't care never played it) Actually this building is furnished for one happily married pair and has on the floor plans just one bedroom for owners called Chamber. The rest are: 7 wards and 1 nursery. There are also extra two bedrooms for Hospital staff.
  • Bathrooms are also somehow tricky. There are two private and separated insuites next to chamber - one for woman and one for men. . The rest tubes are in scullery and laundry rooms.
  • Three toilet stalls are in the house.
  • Two chimneys has inserted trash shutes.
  • There are 20 single beds in the house in total and one crib for toddler.
  • House church
  • No items for pets on this lot.
  • A lot of fake facade windows.
  • All flowers and all bushes are NOT accessible for trimming without any mods. Sobe prepared with mods. Or remove surrounding fencing.
  • Obviously this house shares the strict rules of my Victorian neighborhood. It has no TVs and no computers, no smoke detectors and no burglar alarms. There are basins in bedrooms and no full bathrooms. There is more information about Trio Lake Borough rules in my Creators Feedback Forum thread.

No CC was used

There are some CC mods used and shown up in screens but not mandatory to install:
General tips to place and use the lot:
  • Install using default Sims 2 Pack Installer or S2PCI.
  • Find it in your lot bin and then place. Preview shows the building on dirt terrain with railroad on the front.
  • Download CC of your choice and place it according to its description.
  • Best to place opposite another Bambton set by me. The placement of Bampton High Street terraced houses has a way to match the length of Bampton Street row. All the details are into Bampton Street thread.
  • Rest assured all the 3rd floor rooms are weatherproof even when placed under sloped tiles. All CFE-d weather-no-proof roofs are covered by sloped roofs. Only spaces that have snow leak into are chimneys. Attics are not walk-through so sims can not reach any rooftop.
  • Lot has been compressed and cleaned by ChrisHatch's tool.
  • House has two pools with fountains which are required for custom water shaders to work.

Known bugs, issues and tips:
  • I had an issue with toilet stalls in this lot (same as many others in my neighborhood). Sims cannot flush potty remains in toilet stall. They go to it then making shrug animation and switch to another way to dispose it. This lot has a trash shute in nursery so sims are most likely to put all potty remains into it. When they fail.
