Description:
This tool allows you to quickly create your own custom plumbob colours.

I made one for the Sims 4!

Requirements:
Microsoft .NET 6
Windows OS

Instructions:
Pick your colours, click generate, and stick the newly created package into your mods folder.

PLEASE READ:
The four colours correspond to the sims overall happiness. (determined by the sims needs and moodlets, blah blah)
Therefore, if you change that particular state's colour, your sim would need to be in that happiness level for it to be seen!

Possible Conflicts:
Any mods that change moodmanager.xml could be affected with this mod.
Further testing required...
One solution would be to edit the new plumbob colour package with a text editor and change any values that you originally edited from another mod!
