**Disclaimer!** This was built on a 5x6 (huge) lot and contains A LOT of items! Please be aware of this when using in your game. I recommend making sure you have object hiding turned on, lot view distance set to small, and even neighborhood deco turned off if you have a slower computer for the smoothest gameplay experience.

This massive community lot will give your sims plenty of things to do! It also comes in at a whopping 985,866 simoleons for your business sims. For additional context, South Valley City is a custom hood I've been working on from scratch. This city square happens to be lot #18 in the neighborhood. (: Please do check out the screenshots as there is a lot to see!

These are not at all required but are basically staples in my game now and add a clean look to my lots that I adore.
