If family and fun and living at the beach is what your Sims are looking for, then have a look at this lot! Inspired by Plasticbox’s Seaside Siding-Northern Edit, I just had to do a beach lot. I needed a style of house with lots of porches and decks to enjoy those cool night ocean breezes. This also has one of the few basements that I like to play. The whole backside walks out to the beach so it is really easy to see what’s going on down there!
