Again I built this in Newcrest on a small 20x15 lot. I wanted something that felt luxurious without being out of reach for the middle class sim family. I believe this fits the bill. Although it is on a very small lot the home has a lot of luxury packed into it. This would be a very good choice if your sim is looking to upgrade his or her residential address. The home will suit a family of 4 very comfortably. It has 2 semi-large bedrooms 2 baths as well as an open floor plan on the first floor.
