Not only did I decide to renovate all residential lots in Pleasantview, I also wanted to redo this apartment lot that was designed to go with the hood. I kept the outside somewhat similar with the hottub and seating and even kept it at four homes in total.

Each home is a bit larger and I gave each one a bit more individual personality. Not sure if many will like how "extreme" I sort of made each one but I thought it would be fun to see different types of sims all living in one building and trying to get along as neighbors.

There is no custom content on this lot.
