Finally got around to building the Monty version of a Veronaville flophouse - I hope you like it!

It's in the style of a courtyard with a large swimming pool. The apartment complex can accommodate up to 6 Sims; 2 of which will be occupied by townies if you move in 4 playable families.

While this is a completely CC-free lot, you will likely need most of the EP's and SP's for the lot to function as intended.

I recommend downloading the Halved Apartment Rent mod to make this lot cheaper and more consistent with flophouse prices.
