Linden Manor has a fascinating history. Originally built in the 1820s by a wealthy merchant, it was once the most captivating building in the area. The manor featured a pond, handcrafted on a small creek nearby, and a sprawling park filled with beautiful linden trees that covered an entire acre of land behind the house. In the late 1880s, the manor was gifted to the merchant's granddaughter as a wedding present. A massive renovation took place in the 1910s, completely transforming the appearance of the main house.

Unfortunately, just over a decade later, the manor was abandoned and fell victim to robbery, leaving it in a state of utter ruin. Over the years, the manor served various purposes, including as a boarding school, hospital, and country residence for several politicians. Its most recent use was as a rehabilitation center for children with serious illnesses before it was closed for another renovation that never materialized, resulting in the manor being abandoned once again.

Now, Linden Manor is up for sale. Anyone interested in purchasing this ancient estate, which underwent renovations with each change of ownership, is welcome to do so. Rumors, recently confirmed by a group of urban explorers, suggest that the manor may even have an underground bunker, rumored to have been built by one of its former politician owners...

Hello and welcome!

It's been a while since I've built anything for ts3, and lately I've been really into underground stuff. So, I decided to create a house inspired by a real existing manor that also happens to have a bunker underneath it. If there are any fellow countrymen out there who are into history and urban exploring, you might be able to guess which location I'm referring to.

I really tried to capture the vibe of an old house that has been remade multiple times for different purposes. Since I've never been to the actual location myself (sadly), I had to rely on pictures I found online for inspiration. It's not an exact replica, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

I was really torn on whether to fully furnish the place or not and I decided to keep it partially furnished to give players an idea of how each room was used. The house has four bedrooms (again, it used to be a rehabilitation center for kids), five bathrooms, an office room on the third floor (which was a late addition to the manor according to my own lore), a few spacious halls, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a room that could possibly be a library in the past. Outside, there's lots of greenery, a little decorative tower, a garage, a pond with a cute little bridge, and two lion statues that are a signature feature of the real-life version of the place.

And, of course, there's the bunker. It's a mix of another existing one that is now a museum and what I imagine the place would look like. The real bunker is flooded, which I initially wanted to recreate, but I wasn't sure how to make it work, so I had to scrap that idea. My favorite part of the bunker is the central room, which could have been used for secret meetings by the political owners of the house. You can see the rest in the screenshots.

The real-life location also has a few extra buildings, like an indoor pool and some agricultural facilities to provide for the owners during their stay, but I couldn't fit everything on one lot. And since the actual property is much larger in real life, there wasn't much I could do about it anyway.

The furnished price is 200.609;
The unfurnished price is 156.122.
The lot size is 64x64.

No CC used/included, but I did use some debug objects. Not sure if that's something worth mentioning, but I'm gonna do that anyway, just in case.

Have a nice one!
