Balanced Lifespan & 7-Day Seasons

There are a number of lifespan mods out there, but I find most of them either too long or too short. I wanted a middle ground with a few small tweaks.

The goal was to create a balanced experience that works for both single Sims and family gameplay, where childhood and teen years feel noticeable, but elders don't stay for too long...
It may be ideal for players who enjoy legacy gameplay.

To complement this lifespan, I also created a second mod that extends the seasons to 7 days, making each season feel like a full year.

Lifespans:
Babies: 3 days
Toddlers: 5 days
Children: 7 days
Teens: 11 days
Adults: 30 days
Elders: (I set the days to 8 min - 10 max)

Life Phase
Infancy - 8 days (Baby + toddler)
Childhood - 7 days
Adolescence - 11 days
Adulthood - 30 days
Elderhood - roughly 8 - 10 days
