21 Hyacinth Circle Remake

This house is a remake of "21 Hyacinth Circle" lot from "The Sims: Life Stories" game from Four Corners neighbourhood.
Originally it's occupated by Fortuna family.
The house was remade by me in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection" without any custom content, using only in game objects.

When I first saw this house I just wanted to fix the bad roofing. But then one improvement from my side led to another and I ended up making a whole remake 😂
The garden is a little empty but I think that's ok because I didn't want to put a big American fence in there and also I didn't want to place many trees so they would block the view of the house.

I think that this house turned out pretty nice. It's not that much cluttered and I think that playing on this lot can be really enjoyable.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

There are all needed alarms like fire and burglar alarms in all rooms that they need to be in. They are covered up with furnitures or architecture structures.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
