Moving onto Supernatural, beginning with an elixir consignment store. I've based the exterior off of this gorgeous old building I've passed by many times. I've taken a few creative liberties with the exterior, namely adding a roof and railings around the porch, as there are some building scars on the inspiration that suggest there once was a full veranda. I have this lot placed at 225 Cotton Branch Drive, across from the Lin household, but it can be placed on any 30x40 lot.

The first floor contains a gem cutting machine, some seating areas, the register, a LLAMA transport, and some surfaces covered in decor meant to be merchandise on display. The second floor contains the restroom, a landing with a claw machine and more surfaces with merchandise, and the elixir room accessible via a sliding bookcase door. The third floor is an empty, inaccessible attic. The back contains a fenced off garden with some elixir ingredients and produce growing, a couple beehives, and a fairy house. Off to the side is a parking lot and the Vault of Antiquity.

Note about bookcase door
Saving a lot to the library seems to break the bookcase door. Sims are able to inspect it, but trying to open it results in a routing tantrum. To fix this, go into build/buy once you've placed the lot, move the regular bookcase (the one on the right) out of the way, move the door over one space, then manually move them both back (don't just ctrl+z them back into place). It should work fine after that.
