Here is another upload that fits perfectly to put this here in October 🍁
And I really didn't plan this upload that way!

I wanted a nice victorian manor to put right next to the "House of the Fallen Trees" to make a nice little old fashioned manors disttrict in my Downtown.
I also wanted to put it instead of the ugly and useless "Oresha Family Dining" lot which honestly I hate to even look at 😂

I didn't want this house to be another victorian manor standing empty in my neighborhood. I wanted my sims to have a possibility to visit it.
So I took inspirations out of New Orleans Disneyland Haunted House and rebuilt it as a shell and turned the place into a haunted occultist museum.

I didn't want this lot to be just a museum for sims to look at pictures and art. I like my lots to be a little more useful. So I put a story behind the building and used it to make some useful rooms such as the spiritualistic séances room where your sims can play "Don't Wake the Llama".
There is also a "Distorting Mirrors Hall" made in a creepy way with a spellbook in the middle of the room.
I made a little cafeteria for sims to grab something to eat without making a restaurant on the lot. I put a big music organs there to show that this room was once a great dining room.
You can find floating candles all over the lot. This is intentional! I wanted to get the vibe of magic everywhere and I think it looks good 🕯️
I also used doors as a decorations on the corridors. I tested it and sims don't use these doors 🚪😅
I didn't pay to much attention with the gardens. I just used my usual style of putting plants and made it look nice. That's because there is already a lot of going on inside of the manor so adding a big garden with stuff would make this lot feel overwhelmed in my opinion.

I love the New Orleans vibe of this house and all included magic and voodoo story behind it.
I think this manor will be a nice and useful adding into the neighbourhood.

Lot description:
"This place was owned by a Master Voodoo Doctor once. People says that this manor is haunted. Stories says that he organized spiritualistic séances in this house. He was also a necromancer. Now after his passing all his stuff stayed here and the city decided to turn this manor into a museum of magic and rituals."

Lot description in Polish:
"Ta posiadłość kiedyś należała do Mistrza Voodoo. Mówi się, że w tym dworze straszy. Krążą też opowieści, jakoby jego dawny właściciel urządzał tu seanse spirytystyczne, był on również nekromantą. Po jego śmierci wszystkie jego rzeczy pozostały w tym miejscu, a władze miasta postanowiły przekształcić posiadłość w muzeum voodoo, magii i rytuałów."

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed but they might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay on it.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Community Skills Mod (Comm-skilling) (There are a lot of objects on this lot, where your sims can learn skills, so I recommend this mod to make them actually gain points.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.

I hope you enjoy!
