A large residential lot with EVERYTHING and I mean everything in it. Fully furnished with both residential lot items, community items (so your sim never has to leave the lot except to go to work) and aspiration award items. All custom content by me. University may be required (can't remember sorry - it was built quite a while ago) so to be on the safe side if you don't have University don't download it.

Sorry for the lousey graphics, but it's the best my machine produces.
