Description:
Two really small row houses for 1-2 sims each, both furnished, one driveway included with enough room for a second one.

Each house contains:
1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub / shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf.

Expandability: Top floors are only possible if you change the interior layout completely, so I'd rather say no.

Recommended hack: Use Inge Jones' keyholder doors as front doors (www.simlogical.com, under Downloads > TS2 > Hacked Doors) or a similar access management system -- otherwise your sims won't know which house is theirs.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
