Description:
Two row houses, furnished for 1-2 Sims each, with garden and porch on the backside. Some landscaping/decoration.

Each house has:
1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (1x expensive), bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. House 1 (left) also has a toaster oven and an easel, house 2 (right) a fireplace and a grill. NO room for driveways.

Expandability: Second floor or basement (both would be easy to integrate).

Recommended hack: Replace the front and garden doors with Inge Jones' keyholder doors (www.simlogical.com, under Downloads > TS2 > Hacked Doors) or use a similar access management system -- otherwise your sims won't know which house is theirs.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
