3 Penny lane is a modern double starter home (sub $40,000). There
are two self contained apartments - one basement, one first floor.



Apartment A: (top floor)
Beds: 1x double, 1x twin single
Baths: 1

In this apartment there is a spacious hallway containing a bookcase, phone, computer and desk. There is a small livin room with a sofa, chair, and TV. The kitchen has a stove, 3 counters, a fridge and foodprocessor. There is a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. The glass door in the kitchen leads to a very small raised porch.


Apartment B: (basement)
Beds: 1x double
Baths: 1

Apartment B is less spacious than A, but has the same features minus the second bedroom. It also has a small grassy area accessed via a door in the kitchen area.

Mostly Maxis content, but some custom build stuff. Thanks to the creators.

As presumably this lot would house 2 families, you will need to assign doors somehow. I would reccomend "Smart Door" hack by tunaisafish
