This a first of a series I'm starting called Bougain Villas. This collection is inspired by the plot-and-plan homes being built in my home city.
Only recently did I discover the excellent tutorials on architecture, so I have applied some of the techniques here.

This house is Bougain Villa 1 on a 2x3 lot. It costs $40 118 and is partially furnished by maxis created content. You need Nightlife to play this lot. (Uni is optional). Will probably work with OFB, but I don't have it yet, so let me know if there are any issues.
(you can remove the furniture in free design mode before you move in a sim family to make the lot cheaper)
This home is totally hack free, as I created it on my husband's computer.
(I call it the VestalSims2 - he has NO downloads)

Top Floor
One master bedroom;en suite bathrom and a changing room.
Also 2 other rooms that can be bedrooms or study or even a games room. Second bathroom here as well.
Bottom Floor
Open plan kitchen-diningroom-livingroom.
Living room area opens up to a Cape style covered patio.
Kitchen backdoor leads to an enclosed garden that has room for a pool or a private garden.
A foyer allows access from the house to the garage directly (good for vampires).
The garage has 2 access doors. The driveway is covered by a wooden dome and flanked by flowerboxes.
