It has two unfurnished bedrooms and a furnished bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, sink and mirror. There's also a phone, burghler alarm, smoke detector and a driveway for a car - plenty of room to expand too

There's even a pool at the back of the house so your Sims can enjoy a nice relaxing swim!

I have all the expansions and you will need them too for the lot to work in your game.
