This single storey starter house costs $19,340. It comes partially furnished with counters, fridge, cooker, table and chairs in the kitchen/dining area, a sofa coffee table, TV and stereo in the living area.
It has two unfurnished bedrooms and a furnished bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, sink and mirror. There's also a phone, burghler alarm, smoke detector and a driveway for a car - plenty of room to expand too
There's even a pool at the back of the house so your Sims can enjoy a nice relaxing swim!
I have all the expansions and you will need them too for the lot to work in your game.
The lot has no custom content and is hack free!
