Welcome to the irrigated desert estate Vinleigh and its sister Foresthame. They are the same house, just landscaped and painted different. Foresthame is what I was originally intending to build, but somehow Vinleigh just grew on my lot first. I liked it so much, that I decided to keep it.

You can choose which one, or even both, would work best in your neighborhoods. The house is minamally furnished, because I know you have so much nicer stuff than Maxis. (... and if you don't, then you need to check out the other downloads here. You soon will.) This is a 3x4 lot. Vinleigh costs $107,923 and Foresthame costs $113,488. (Trees are more expensive than dirt.)
