First a note about the sweet flora collection: I became interested in building a short series of lots that offer some of the girly-girl side of me . these 5 lots are femine yet elegant and offer interesting, yet completely playable floorplans. enjoy

this cozy home offers some interesting details. the front walk is lined with beds of pink daisies and pink roses. the entry is sunken with a short flight of stairs up to the living areas and kitchen. off the kitchen there is a sunken breakfast nook for casual dining as well as a dishwasher and sink to keep clean up away from the main living areas. A more formal dining area as well as the TV and sitting areas complete the first floor.
the second floor has a loft bedroom with a full bathroom and plenty of space if you should decide to expand later. the entire house is done in soft pink and white, but is less frilly and more refined.. elegant and adorable mix just right in this feminine cottage.
