I'm baaaack! presenting Little Vermont, a teeny tiny 1x1 great for university sims on a budget or single sims who just need a place to eat and sleep.

The front simple with large box hedges and a lovely flower garden with a small tree. The back yard is fenced and has areas for flowers, bushes or vegetable plots.


Moving into the house we enter into the kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchen has lots of counter space as well as stools so you can sit and eat. There is also a stereo,a book case and 2 wing back chairs.



Up the stairs in a little nook is an easel and the doors to the bath, bedroom and small balcony. The bathroom is simple offering a sink, shower and toilet but what else do you really need? the bedroom is rather roomy for such a small lot. a double bed, nightstands and dresser furnish it in an easy comfortable style.


For under 26K how could you go wrong?

There are two custom walls by me, both re-hues of maxis walls. The red barn panel wall in pale blue and the wooden shingles done in a country blue.
