Ever wanted to live right on the seaside? Well, now you can with the Seaside Villa. A swimming dock, small boat dock, raised support to provide protection from those ocean storms, are all features of this fine property. Also included is a smaller 'carriage' house, making this a good property for a family with grown children. Room for three vehicles.
Property size - 4x5
Property cost - 109,885 simoleans
Details - Partially furnished, with bathrooms and kitchens (because of plumbing.
Main House - Kitchen on deck area, outdoor dining. Second floor has a half bath, with a small raised living area, as well as a much larger one on the other side of the hall area. Top floor has a large master bedroom with a master bath. There are two porches, one off of the bedroom and one off of the bathroom.
Carriage House - Misnamed, this carriage house is built on a deck, like the main house. However, it consists of a deck and two floors above. The main floor has an open floor plan, for kitchen and living. Above this is a large bedroom and bathroom.
Content - In the interest of file size, the only custom content included is my own recolours. I will be uploading other uploads of object recolours that would also look good in this house, at least as it is now.
Recolours included - Cherrywood floors, railing and stairs. A cherrywood and aqua recolour of the Enlightenment set by Simtomatic, found here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=192273
You will need the mesh for this.
A cherrywood recolour of the wooden stairs, made recolourable by Numenor, found here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=53159
Cherrywood and aqua recolours of Maxis objects.
Additional content - The rest of this must be downloaded for it to show up properly.

I think I covered everything. I do not know why the table recolour was not included in the file, so I'll be uploading it with the rest of my set of cherrywood and aqua objects.
---I forgot one thing that is needed for this to show up properly - the Maxis Lost trees, found here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=152290
Also, as suggested, I am going to try and take a better picture of this house and put it up.
And a final note - This lot is finicky in elevation, and for that I apologize. I recommend a low sealevel area, but not too low. For that I've another house to put up. The real problem with the elevation is apparent in the swimmable ocean area.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
