Amityville

You've heard the rumors - now you can have a piece of infamous history in your neighborhood! The Amityville house includes four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, family room, driveway parking for three vehicles, and backyard pool, hot tub, and playground equipment. The top two attic rooms are unfurnished for you to do what you want with them - hobby rooms, butler's quarters, gym, anything that you need extra space for! All appliances upgraded. Two CC items used: the quarter-moon windows (can't have the Amityville house without those) and the stairway. CC is not included with the download, but the links are below.
