900 Dogwood Drive (Furnished/Unfurnished Versions)

Ever wonder what it feels like to come home? Well, Welcome Home! This home doesn’t have an extra-ordinary features, but it does have everything your Sims need!

It has a nice cozy living room with a fireplace and lots of windows, a dining room with seating for at least four, a breakfast area that is very bright and sunny, and a good sized kitchen. The first floor also has one-half bath and a laundry room that opens into the attached garage. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full baths. The furnished version of this lot is decorated with some of my favorite items – and both versions features walls and floors that are a neutral color. Outside there is lots of pretty landscaping, and there is still plenty of room on the lot for your Sims to expand their family’s needs by adding a swimming pool, a green house, or a lake.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
