This house, originally found at Houseplans.com, was requested by MTS member, s98montes31.



It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a family room with a fireplace, a formal living and dining area, a large kitchen with a breakfast area, and a two car garage. s98montes31 requested this house be on a large lot, so it is situated on a 4x4 plot, and has a few trees, bushes, and flowers scattered around the house.

The house is priced at $55,491 (unfurnished) and also features minimal CC. Due to Creator Policies, the verandah railing is not included in the packaged file. The verandah railing is by Lucas and can be found at Aussie Topenders. Also, to cut down on file size and CC, two additional items in the screenshots are not included. They are corvidophile2's Mini Pine Tree and Hysterical Paroxysm's Shrubby Shrubs.
