Okay, so this house is the third in my small series of suburban, not too large family homes. I'm doing this series so that simmers can have some decent sized homes but that won't slow your game. Therefore, they're all on lots smaller than 3x3. Check out 1 Landsbrook Way and 2 Landsbrook Way and also this house

It is modelled off of this house plan, but I made a few pretty major changes in the outside appearence as you can *probably* tell...

Sorry for poor image quality, my graphics decided to go awful on me...

Lot size: 2x3
Cost: $30,755
Bedrooms: 3 - 1 x double, 2x single (the second bedroom marked on the plan is big enough for two single beds, easily)
Bathrooms: 1.5 - loo downstairs as you come in, family bathroom upstairs.
Requires: Uni, Nightlife, OFB. Actually, I'm pretty sure it doesn't require Uni, beacuse I don't think I used any objects from that EP. But I'm not entirely sure, so if someone would care to test, that'd be great...

Other info: There is a one car garage with access to the outside and to the dining room. The kitchen/dining/living is open plan but kinda seperated at the same time by walls (see floorplan above). Bed #2 and #3 have walk in closets (although there's not much space for a dresser, so you might as well take them out to make the rooms bigger!).

The house is unfurnished and the furnishings in the screenshots are merely suggestions. It is decorated, and the custom content is as follows:

Walls and Floors

>Reza floor 3, Tyleb floor 4 & Tyleb wall 1, from tricbeccaims

>Invisible Driveway recolour by roddyaleixo

>Light stucco plaster in blue, light stucco plaster in blue with wood, light stucco plaster in blue with wood with scribble, Plaster with Wood in mauve, watermelon, duckegg and soft yellow, all from Holy Simoly

>Sliding closet door in white, Medium borwn and light brown carpets by Helena @ Pixel Sims

>Reflex Sims Windowset Loft Window

I think that's all, please say if you know I've forgotten something.
Enjoy!
