This house is dedicated to Joe (Md20480P) over at the TS2 website. I hope he comes home from the hospital soon and is back to building in no time!

The Willow is a charming starter. With a price of 19,953 your sims can move straight in and starting living! The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There's a quaint dining area off the entry and a fully appointed kitchen (no more dish pan hands - behold ... a dishwaher!)

The livingroom has two comfy couches and a TV - perfect for family fun or for learning about cooking (but don't worry there's a smoke detector in the kitchen).

The outside of the house is beautiful, with a white picket fence and gates that lead to the front sidewalk as well as the driveway. There's also a shady birch tree along with flower beds.
