This large and graceful home will be a great addition to any sim neighborhood. With 7 bedrooms (one is being used as an office) and 4 full baths (one located in the basement), this home would be great for a larger sim family.

The home has a Georgian influence with a beautiful brick exterior and shuttered windows. I didn't want to included any CC, however I think the "Modern Georgian Manor Set" made by Phoenix Phaerie found here and here would work great with this house.

The house has a wonderful open floorplan with a two story foyer and great room which opens to the gourmet kitchen with angled seating area and large island. The kitchen also has a light filled breakfast nook. The master suite with large master bath is secluded downstairs with all the other bedrooms upstairs. The landing upstairs has a great view of the great room and foyer.

One of the best things about this house is that it has a two car attached functional side garage. In the garage there is also access to the basement. The basement has it's own bath and even a walk out patio area.

This house also has a screened in porch, perfect for a wonderful sim BBQ. The backyard of the house has a sparkling pool and spa. A guesthouse with bath and orchard area also grace this home.

The landscaping is something to behold with mature trees and flowers everywere! A pond is also outside and is perfect for fishing.
