Who needs a vacation, when you already live in paradise? This is what your sims will be saying when you move them into the Villa Capri.

The Villa Capri is a great family home with walk out basement and functional 2 car side garages - but that's just the beginning of all the great features of this home!

The exterior of the home is lovely with a warm sunny stucco exterior accented by stone work. A courtyard will welcome guests and a bubbling fountain will tickle your ears and remind you of a quaint Spanish village. The back yard of the house is lush with palm trees and another fountain. A sparkling pool will cool you down on a hot summer day, while the warm Spanish tiles will feet ever so great on those bare feet! Relax in the hammock or doze on the lounge chair while sipping margaritas.

Inside the house Spanish tiles also give the house an authentic Spanish feel. The floorpan is open with the living area flowing seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is a cooks delight with an angled island and built in banquet seating! The master suite has a private bath along with a set of french doors leading to the back patio. Two more bedrooms are located near the master and all share a full bathroom. An office is off the entry and is perfect for paying bills or playing games! There's another secluded bedroom with attached bath located on the other side of the house. This would be perfect for an older relative, a live in maid or perhaps a nanny.

A basement is down a flight of stairs off the kitchen and is being used as a game room and exercise area. The basement also has an attached bath, so it could be used as another bedroom or even a large family room!
