The Cortez is a wonderful family home with a Mediterranean influence. The house is one level and has 5 bedrooms plus a casita (or detached room with bath), the house also has 4 full bathrooms in the main house.

The floorplan is open with a great room that has soaring two story ceilings with two story windows. The gourmet kitchen has a large center island perfect as a prep area. There's also a breakfast nook in the kitchen. A formal dining room is next to the kitchen and would be perfect for holiday feasts.

The master suite is secluded on one side of the house while the other bedrooms are located on the other. The master has it's own private bath complete with steam shower. The master suite also has a sunny private patio that has a bubbling hot tub! An office or 4th bedroom is off the entry.

The house also has a 2 car functional side car garage. You can also park cars on the driveway as well. Great for a family with many cars.
