Furnished:
- basic furniture and fixtures
- objects for building all skills
- lights
- phone, fire alarm and burglar alarm

The furnished version has really cheap, sometimes mis-matching furniture. I wanted to keep it under $20k, but I also wanted to fill it up and see how everything fit in there.

You can sell things like dining chairs, the armchair, an end-table, some counters, the dresser etc if you want more money to give your sims better beds/stoves/useful things.

I built the pond after I took screenshots, but I've included a final screenshot which includes the pond (Ext2.jpg).
