This little house is great for a single sim, but can accomodate a couple, and you could squeeze in a child for a while on the upstairs landing! There's space for everything your sim needs to fulfil his needs and build his skills.

There's a starter version, which is rather plain, but since the furnished starter only costs $14k you can afford to spruce it up a little!

There's also a "renovated" version - nicer set of windows, doors, and wall-coverings, plus a few more inside walls to make the space more interesting (hopefully).

Both versions come in furnished and unfurnished.

22/11/08: If you don't like how the stairs and piano overlap, you can replace the stairs with crocobaura's Open underneath Maxis stairs.
