Estate of the Union-Little New Jersey (Cape May Edition)

I'm Baaaack! And I'm bring with me a little splash of color in a dreary world of beige and white. This little treasure is a great home for a couple or a family of 3. It is full furnished, including some lovely artwork and decorative items so all you have to do is move your sims in.A tad on the expensive side at 78k, you may well want to let your sims work up to this beauty (or money cheat like mad). It was inspired by the Victorian houses of Cape May, NJ where i used to live. i always want to own one of my very own and well, i built myself one instead


The front boasts well manicured flowerbeds and shrubs as well as some potted plants on the porch. Lets go in, shall we?


You enter into a small foyer area with the stairs to the 2nd floor on your left. Straight ahead is the door to the back deck. to the right we enter the dining portion of the main room. There's a table and 4 chairs for meals, a large bookcase and of course a comfy sofa that faces the fireplace. there's lots of potted and hanging plants to give these somewhat formal rooms a relaxed feel. the kitchen lies through an archway at the back of the house. It has the basics of a sink stove and fridge and plenty of counter space for whipping up those gourmet meals. done in shades of yellow and gold with hints of blue, this cheery kitchen will make even a grumpy sim smile.


Up the stairs is a open area that has not only the doors to the bedrooms and the bath,but an easel for those moments when your sims feel artistic. The first door to our left leads to a little girls nursery. decorated in pink and white it is the quintessential little princesses room. it even has a cushy chair for mom to relax in while watching her daughter play.

The next door leads to a small bathroom. Just the basics in here; sink, toilet and a lovely claw foot tub/shower combo. again, a hanging plant gives the room a little warmth. The last door is to the master bedroom. A double bed, night table and armoire are the basics provided. a few paintings and a mirror hang on the walls as well.


out back is a small deck with a grill and a table and chairs. A mature breadfruit tree gives the dog house nestled beneath it some shade on those hot summer days. There's a few nice flowerbeds, and a bench as well as a few surprises in the form of decor items.
