Heres the second installment of the Estate of the Union series, Little Mississippi!
another tiny guy good for 1-2 sims but with the ability to expand upward with a 2nd or 3rd floor if need be.

Here we go again! The Mississippi is perfect for one or two sims or for use as a rental unit for those YA's who just can't stand dorm life. the front yard is nicely landscaped but not overly done so your sims won't spend every waking moment raking leaves or tending weeds (or spend their hard earned Simoleans on gardeners). with the mailbox right at the front door you won't have to go far to retrieve the bills or your favorite magazines either.

Through the front door we enter right into our combined living/ kitchen area. while this house is small it's not cramped and you could even add a kitchen island if you wanted. there is plenty of space for other furniture or fun things like a TV or an easel. a bit further in you have a dining table with space for 3 to sit and share a meal as well at the phone and the doors to both the bath and the bedroom. the bedroom is rather large for such a small house and houses only a double bed at the moment. you have lots of room to customize this area and make it really speak to your sims personality!


Note:
should you decide to add a second floor, i would recommend simply removing the bedroom and placing the stairs in that back corner. i may release this lot with a second floor as Little Maine.
